How cool is it to have a musical instrument named after you? Adolphe Sax that invented the first Saxophone was a Belgian manufacturer and he first showed it to the world at the 1841 Brussels exhibition. He was the son of Charles Sax who was a musical instrument maker and created wind and brass instruments to pianos and guitars.
