I've been looking around for some alto and tenor charts for altissimo, and I found a couple that worked for me. Altissimo is a lot of fun to try out, and even more fun to perfect. Whenever I play, I keep and open throat and a tight posture, with little bottom lip. Harder reeds work best. I use a 3 Vandoren. Happy squealing!

For altissimo fingerings those websites are very good, I also found this one useful: http://www.wfg.woodwind.org/sax/
It's the second set of fingerings down.
Hope it helps!
