So I have an Armstrong saxophone and it was broken when I got it but it played really great up until now, and it has been three years.

But I personally don't think I should have to pay for the fee because it was broken when I got it. But then again I am confused....?

What's wrong with the horn?

There was a key that had come unsaughtered and the only way to play it was to keep the key pushed down. Well the guy came and got it and said that it should be welded back where it belonged.

That is basically the only problem that has risen recently.

If that's all that's wrong, it should be a cheap repair and there should be no lasting impairment to the horn.

Good luck with it.
