Hello Saxophonists,

My name is Justin Morabito, and I am the manager of the Tripping Billies, the Dave Matthews Band Tribute. We tour the entire United States, and are in need of a new saxophone player. We need someone that is familiar with the music, and can 'feel' the lines. We are based out of Rochester, NY, and would like someone from this area because we hold practice anytime we are home.

The band currently plays10-20 a month for very good money. All travel in a 31' RV is included, and the rooms are packed that we play.

Please contact me through email if you are interested in trying out, or know somebody that is.

Hello Saxophonists again,

I just wanted to add some more information to my previous post. The problem that we have had with past performers is their unwillingness to fit into this group of people. The Tripping Billies have been playing for 5+ years now, and have played hundreds of rooms. We are a young band (oldest member is 29, but acts younger) and the others are all in their 20s. We have the ability to get into the roles that we need to play on stage, but to step away from those, and just be ourselves at home.

We are starting to write originals, and will be playing those in the near future while shopping records contracts. The guys are a family, and want someone who fits in emotionally as well as musically. We have had people fill the shoes that are too 'serious' and people that didn't take the job seriously enough. We are just looking for a good mix of somebody that wants to play in front of huge crowds, make decent money, and still be home once in a while.

Thanks, and hope to hear from anybody interested.
