Does any body know of a repairer that can make the keywork on an old conn easier to play?

Yes i have seen a chu berry that has had the touch pearls and touch cups removed and replaced with selmer series ii,and the key work made a lot more simple,this was done by a repairer in Huddersfield called Steve Crow, i dont know his contact details.
