Hi,

I have a yamaha tenor sax YTS 62 that I am selling and a lot of people are asking me if its and early purple label horn. How do I find this out and what is the difference if it isn't?

Thanks

Ryan

If it is a purple label Yamaha, it will have a YAMAHA logo with JAPAN under it in purple stuck to the bell of the horn rather than engraved. These are generally valued a bit more in price.

Either way, these are nice, modern horns.
