My wife and I just got in from Switzerland last week. I played on an alto that was made by a company called Stephanhouser ( I think that was how it was spelled). It was incredible. I'm 44 years old and have played on everything. In fact, I have collected saxophone for the past 10 years. That sax has to be one of the best new horns I've played in a long time. It was solid as a rock, smooth as silk, and didn't have the 'stuffy C' like my Selmer. Workmanship was first rate. Does anybody know where they are sold here in the states? How much are they? This horn was way cool.

This post looked very suspicious to me, so i checked the headers. Draw your own conclusions.

Ah yes, the old NNTP Posting Host duplicate. Maybe they work for the same company?

You too eh

I'm still waiting for their response to my email.

Whilst I generally don't have any qualms about follow-ups to my newsgroups posts made by email, I still feel that questions posed in a public forum should be answered there - particularly ones relating to technical issues that are of interest to prospective purchasers of a product, and especially as the manufacturer of that product chose a public forum in which to make certain claims.

Not a very auspicious start for a supposedly ground-breaking product...perhaps there really is something to hide?

Without any positive input we are left to draw our own conclusions...
